In this role, your leadership will unlock developer velocity, safeguard reliability at global scale, and enable the product innovation that fuels Webflows mission making you a cornerstone of how we earn and expand customer trust across everything we build. / ppReporting to the Senior Director of Product, as a Director of Product you will / pulliDefine and drive strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, balancing long-term scalability with immediate needs to empower engineering teams across Webflow. / liliPartner with engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps, align on priorities, and make informed build-versus-buy decisions that accelerate velocity. / liliLead and mentor product managers within Infrastructure and Developer experience, cultivating a high-performing team that thrives on technical depth, customer empathy (internal developers), and execution excellence. / liliEstablish and own success metrics, leveraging data and telemetry to measure platform performance, high availability and reliability, developer efficiency, and impact on business outcomes. / liliChampion cross-functional collaboration, aligning across Engineering, Security, Product Management, Data, and Finance in a way that enables innovation, safety, and scale. / liliStay at the forefront of emerging technologies, and translate them into pragmatic strategies that improve developer productivity and system performance. / liliCommunicate with clarity and influence, simplifying complex technical concepts for executives, while advocating effectively for infrastructure investments. / li / ulpIn addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and well help you incorporate them into your role. / ppYoull thrive as a Director of Product if you have : / pulliA highly technical background with deep understanding of distributed systems, developer tooling, and platform reliability.
