As a Sales Manager at FASTSIGNS, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Your key duties and responsibilities may include :

• Team Management : Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sales Strategy : Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Business Development : Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities.
• Client Relationship Management : Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Performance Analysis : Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Sales Forecasting : Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and forecasting sales potential to optimize resource allocation and achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration : Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Training and Development : Providing sales training, mentoring, and coaching to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
• Customer Service : Ensuring exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues, addressing complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Sales Administration : Overseeing the sales administration process, including sales contracts, pricing, and proposal development.
