Equipment Maintenance Technician

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors. Qualifications :

Education Requirements :

AS or AA in electronics or mechanical military training or 5 years relevant work experience.

Experience Requirements / Skills :

3 years maintaining equipment in one or more Wafer Fab functional areas such as Diffusion / LPCVD EPI Etch Thin Films Implant Photolithography and CMP.

Strong mechanical skills

Strong electronic skills

Excellent Oral communication skills

Excellent Written Communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving ability Physical Requirements :

Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Essential Job Responsibilities : This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment in a Class 1 cleanroom.

This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person.

Hours are on a compressed work week 3 days on 7am to 7pm one week and 4 days the next week. Both day and night shifts available.
