Entry-Level Electronics Production / Quick start

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Swing Shift Entry-Level Electronics Production role in Clackamas, OR . Our client is a well-established leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, known for cutting-edge innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality electronic components and systems. With a strong culture of continuous improvement, they maintain excellence at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and circuit boards following standard operating procedures.
• Operate and monitor production equipment such as soldering stations, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting specifications.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
• Accurately document production data, including part numbers, lot tracking, and test results.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily output goals and resolve assembly issues.
• Assist in packaging and preparing finished electronics for shipment.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
