[job_card.job_description]3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll processing, reconciliations, and job costing Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar construction accounting systems)
Benefits : This position is eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(K) benefits.
Pay : $55-65K
Responsibilities :
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, excluding tax preparation and filing
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including job costing allocations
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with project billing, including progress billings and lien waivers as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support financial reporting and job cost tracking
