A company is looking for an AVP Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of an effective compliance program in collaboration with senior leadership

Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks

Serve as Chair of the Executive Management Compliance Committee and ensure timely responses to compliance reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within one year of hire

Ten years of experience in healthcare organizations, including five years in a managerial role

Professional experience with federal and state agencies in a compliance capacity

Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
