Job Summary: Bookkeeper, Retail – Client Accounting

Job Scope: This Bookkeeper will provide accounting support for the property management team, and function as a key member of this management team. They will sit at the Westmont, IL office 2-3 days on-site.

Principal Accountabilities

• Pull & Post lockbox receipts & electronic deposits from banking sites daily.
• Enter cash receipts. Generate monthly tenant rent statements.
• Enter manual tenant billing adjustments.
• Process write offs, security deposits, move outs, NSFs, etc…
• Process AR Application requests.
• Run Banking Reports as needed.
• Adjust tenant impounds.
• Assist property accountants by pulling annual CAM reconciliation invoices.
• Provide administrative support for the finance department.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting preferred.
• 1-2 years bookkeeping real estate accounting experience preferred.
• Microsoft office product knowledge - Excel, PDF and real estate accounting software preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

60,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
