Uncle Tetsu Baker

Founded in 1985 by Tetsushi Mizokami, Uncle Tetsu is an international Asian-inspired bakery best-known for its original Japanese Cheesecakes. The Baker is responsible for preparing all cakes, cookies and tarts according to company recipes and standards, with accountability for:

- Preparing cheesecakes, cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color, and aroma

- Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training

- Able to perform all Baker Assistant duties

Education and Experience:

- Some high school

- Minimum one year of Operations experience required Food Safety:

- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $25 per hour

*Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
