We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and self-motivated individual to become a member of our Rock Dental Brand family. The position of the Insurance Billing Specialist is to ensure insurance dental claims are paid in an accurate and timely manner. Daily tasks and responsibilities are outlined below and subject to change upon short notice. Note : This is not a remote position and requires on-site office participation. This position can be seated on-site in Little Rock, AR or Springdale, AR. Some of the Responsibilities Include :

• Working with payers to resolve claim issues
• Actively reviewing claims rejection reports and correcting any issues
• Actively work any insurance denials or no pays
• Researching outstanding claims >
