About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse - Case Manager

Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?) : Portland, OR (onsite)

Contract Duration : 24 weeks

Work Hours : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 00)

Total Weekly Hours : 40 WINTER-24 WKS-1YR / 1ST TIMERS OK-Case Manager-R9155

24 Week Assignment

Travelers may request standard and / or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however, approval is at the client s discretion

Will position float between units : Yes per unit needs

Is on-call required? No

Are weekends required? Yes Every other weekend

Are block schedules required? Unknown

What are expected ratios? 1 : 20

AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.

Facilities :

Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent

If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.

Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
