A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with managers and leaders to develop and implement HR processes for strategic growth
Provide performance management guidance and support to line management
Analyze data trends to develop solutions and enhance organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
Working knowledge of various HR disciplines and federal / state employment laws
Experience with HRIS administration; Oracle experience is a plus
