As a Registered Nurse on our Vent Unit, your role is critical.

What You'll Do :

You will be integral in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as per physician directives.
• Monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Providing wound care and implementing other necessary nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care delivery.
• Supervising and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing exceptional care.
