Overview
A multi-location non-surgical orthopedic and rehabilitation group is seeking a Physician to support patients with knee, joint, back, and neck pain through evidence-based, conservative treatment protocols. The organization focuses on helping patients avoid joint replacement and spine surgery through proven, non-surgical solutions.
This role is ideal for a physician with experience or interest in musculoskeletal medicine, physical medicine, internal medicine, family practice, or related specialties. Full training on established treatment pathways is provided.
You will join a collaborative team that includes physical therapy and medical staff across multiple clinic sites.
Position Details
Work 3 days per week at one Central Florida clinic location and 2 days per week at a second location
Optional 4-day schedule available (Monday / Wednesday at one site, Tuesday / Thursday at the other)
Flexible arrangements for full-time or part-time hours
Schedules are organized months in advance for predictable planning
Key Responsibilities
Conduct non-surgical musculoskeletal evaluations and follow established pain management protocols
Perform and oversee intra-articular hyaluronic acid knee injections as part of an insurance-covered osteoarthritis program
Collaborate with onsite physical therapy and clinical team members
Participate in wellness services, such as :
Weight management support using GLP-1 medications
Vitamin and IM wellness injections
Provide patient education regarding non-surgical joint care and wellness
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation

Compensation & Benefits
Pay : $100 $105 per hour (negotiable)
Average Weekly Hours : (depending on schedule preference)

Requirements
MD or DO with active Florida medical license
Ability to commute between two Central Florida clinic locations
Willingness to relocate prior to start date if not currently local
Interest in conservative orthopedic care and wellness medicine
Comfort with injections (training provided)
