ICQA Manager

The ICQA Manager oversees the ICQA Supervisors and team members, ensuring that all inventory control and quality assurance requirements are met. This role involves executing strategic plans, supervising teams effectively, addressing issues as they arise, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Job Description

• Manage, develop and lead team members to complete day to day responsibilities. Meet and exceed annual objectives and performance assessment. Performance manage team members as needed.
• Monitor work distribution and make adjustments as needed to meet daily and weekly objectives.
• Ensure the accurate execution of key processes in compliance with standard operating procedures, including proper documentation and record retention.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet both short-term and long-term objectives. Set clear performance goals and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Monitor progress toward goals and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners to streamline process, operations and meet organizational goals. Contribute to organizational projects and initiatives that involve multiple teams or functions.
• Plan, organize, and lead meetings to communicate goals, updates, key priorities, and areas of opportunity. Clearly define action items, responsibilities, and deadlines during meetings.
