About the role :
- Deal underwriting & financial modeling for mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury residential projects — including feasibility studies, pro formas, sensitivity analyses, and capital-stack planning.
- Project due diligence & acquisition support , such as market research, comps, site analysis, zoning review, third-party coordination, and preparing investment memos for internal and lender approval.
- Development management oversight , working with architects, engineers, GC’s, and consultants to track design progress, budgets, schedules, and entitlement milestones.
- Capital markets & investor / lender interface , assisting with financing packages, loan draw coordination, reporting, construction budgets, and communication with financial partners.
- Asset strategy & project execution support , including monitoring project performance, updating business plans, coordinating marketing / sales teams (for branded residences), and ensuring projects align with firms’ luxury-focused vision.
