Inside Sales Coordinator

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support existing and potential customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads for the A&D business group

Generate quotes, track approvals, and manage documentation and customer portal support

Act as a liaison between customers and Sales Account Managers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries

Required Qualifications

Minimum Associate Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred

6-8 years of related experience in customer service, order administration, or sales support

Experience with quote preparation and processing sales orders and RMAs

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems (IFS / Oracle), and CRM databases (Salesforce)

Technical background or experience preferred
