Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Financial Analyst on behalf of our client, a non-profit, integrated health system dedicated to improving community health through a network of hospitals and outpatient facilities. Known for its advanced medical services, our client relies on accurate financial insights to support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. The Contract Financial Analyst will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and presenting financial trends that guide key organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct moderate to complex financial analysis in support of organizational planning.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial forecasts.
• Analyze and present historical financial trends and performance insights.
• Prepare financial models, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all analytical deliverables.
• Maintain discretion when working with confidential financial information.
• Support additional financial projects or initiatives as assigned.
