Self-ScheduledShift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule, 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule, and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter).Training : RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.Why Join Our Internal Float Pool?

In our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift presents new challenges and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
What You'll Do :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Quickly adapt to varying unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Ability to meet the following schedule requirements : 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks.Training & Skills :
RNs receive training in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)NIHSS (Stroke Scale)IV UltrasoundCharge Nurse cross-training to support multiple units and develop leadership skills.What You'll Get :

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and policies. Your role includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
