POSITION SCOPE

The Payroll Support position will report to the Payroll Director and perform administrative functions for the Payroll Department. This position requires confidentiality and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Payroll entry / timecards
• Payroll Processing
• Helping employees with payroll-related questions such as time off benefits and system navigation
• Certified Payroll reporting
• Expense entries
• PTO term payouts calculation and journal entry
• Calculate prevailing wage
• Perform other duties as assigned
