As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will gain experience by rotating through various units such as ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, and ICU support, allowing you to expand your clinical skills every shift.

What You'll Do :

• Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units, providing high-quality patient-centered care.
• Adjust quickly to the workflows of different units while maintaining clinical excellence.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. You will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

Licenses & Certifications : You must hold a Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
