A growing Mid-Atlantic law firm is seeking a Counsel or Junior Partner–level Commercial Litigator to join its litigation practice. This role is ideal for a sophisticated litigator with a partial book of business (approximately $300K) who is looking for a platform that supplements workflow, provides leverage, and supports long-term growth.
The firm has a steady pipeline of commercial litigation matters and is prepared to meaningfully supplement the right attorneys' practice with existing work.
Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters
Take over and oversee matters handled by associates
Serve as strategic advisor to clients throughout all phases of litigation
Collaborate with partners on case strategy and firm growth
Continue to develop and expand client relationships at a sustainable pace
Built-in workflow and case support
Associate leverage and experienced litigation teams

10+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
Experience serving as lead counsel and supervising associates
Partial portable book of business (approximately $200-300K preferred)
