License :  Current Tennessee State License & Unrestricted DEA

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Certifications :  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - if ABEM, Life support certificates not required

Capabilities :  Must be able to treat patients of all ages
