About the TeamThe data analytics team will be responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's US ecom logistics operations Responsibilities 1. Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's US logistics operations

2. Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

3. Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, . Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management

4. Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions

5. Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business

Minimum Qualifications : - Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Computer Science - Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in US logistics or US E-Commerce site fulfillment process (Amazon FBA / SFP; Ebay / Walmart / Shopify) is a strong plus
• Experience in logistics or supply-chain related analysis; Familiar with fulfillment network design, inventory management, US logistics carrier optimization
• High energy, self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment
