Job Title : Neurology Nurse Practitioner.

Location : Chandler and Queen Creek, AZ.

About Us :

Join our dedicated healthcare team committed to excellence in patient care. We provide exceptional services at our primary location in Chandler and our secondary location in Queen Creek. We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to enhance our neurology services.

Key Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Patient Assessments : Conduct thorough evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to ensure the highest quality of care.
Collaborative Care Plans : Work closely with our physician and staff to create and implement tailored patient care plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
Advanced Procedures : Perform specialized procedures, including Botox injections for migraines and occipital nerve blocks, to help manage patients' conditions effectively.
Patient Education : Deliver health education sessions for patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about their health and treatment options.
Monitoring and Adjustments : Regularly assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize health outcomes.
Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records to support seamless patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting; experience in neurology is highly preferred.

Clinical Skills : Strong clinical acumen with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population.

Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.

Independence & Teamwork : Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Organizational Skills : Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.

Competitive Salary : Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000, based on experience.
