About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Finance to join our executive leadership team. This strategic leader will provide financial insight, guidance, and oversight across all business units, driving sound decision-making and growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing financial strategies, implementing performance metrics, and ensuring the company’s long‑term financial health.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key business partner to the Executive VP / CAO and Leadership Team.
  • Lead financial strategy, planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Develop annual financial objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance.
  • Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, and capital structure.
  • Support business planning through data‑driven insights and ERP optimization.
  • Guide audit activities and risk management programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in financial leadership (VP, CFO, or similar role).
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
  • Experienced in banking, forecasting and capital management.
  • A proactive, visionary leader who thrives in a dynamic, high‑performance environment.
