Director of Offensive Security

A company is looking for a Director of Offensive Security and VulnOps.

Key Responsibilities

Lead offensive security capabilities and vulnerability operations across hardware, software, cloud, and network systems

Manage external penetration tests and collaborate with the Security Operations team to enhance threat detection and response

Drive end-to-end Red Team exercises and continuously improve the company-wide vulnerability management program

Required Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in red team, penetration testing, and vulnerability management

Deep technical expertise in offensive security, including red teaming and penetration testing across diverse environments

Experience in hardware and software exploitation, with a strong understanding of vulnerability management life cycles

Proven ability to manage third-party penetration testing and audit engagements

Experience in translating technical risks into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
