Insurance industry CSR or PRODUCER

We are hiring brilliant, bilingual (OPTIONAL) Customer Service Representatives to work with Farmers Insurance agency owners. We want to invite you to join our workforce and be a part of our growing agency. This is a customer service role dealing with the insurance industry. Sales is not necessarily a component of this job. Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

*INSURANCE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

*CALIFORNIA License Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance LICENSE IS A MUST
*If qualified we offer training programs

* P & C (Property and Casualty) and/or Life and Health Insurance license is required
