Job Summary
The Sales role is responsible for supporting counter sales, inside sales, and customer service operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, product knowledge support, and a high level of service.
Duties and Essential Functions
Receive, research, and respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, pricing, and available services via phone and in person
Assist counter and phone customers by identifying needs, answering questions, and providing timely solutions
Process customer orders, prepare quotes, enter orders into internal systems, and communicate order status
Pull and prepare orders as required
Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and application understanding, including basic technical support and troubleshooting
Upsell by identifying complementary products, add-ons, and current promotions
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized merchandise displays
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to stand and / or sit for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers
