The Project Manager Heavy Civil / Highway Construction will oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring that goals are met on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will manage field operations, project teams, and client relationships while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, cost control, and team leadership.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction as a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
Proven experience managing infrastructure projects involving earthwork, paving, grading, underground utilities, or structures.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, high-performing team environment.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
