A company is looking for a Creative Specialist - Digital & Motion Design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and edit engaging website layouts, graphics, and motion assets to drive user engagement and conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals and brand standards
Utilize AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and maintain high design quality
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or web design (agency experience preferred)
Proven ability to create conversion-optimized designs for digital platforms
Strong understanding of CRO, UX / UI, and visual hierarchy
Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social platforms
Familiarity with AI-based design tools and automation for efficiency
