Customer Service Representative Insurance Agency
Location : Fresno, CA
Pay : Up to $22 / hr or more depending on experience
Schedule : MondayFriday, 9am5pm (35-hour work week) A well-established insurance agency is looking for a dependable and upbeat Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and help the team grow. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and handling a variety of service tasks, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do :
- Provide timely and friendly support to policyholders
- Answer questions about coverage, billing, policy changes, eligibility, and payments
- Process updates, forms, endorsements, and client information
- Maintain accurate records through the agency management system
- Assist with outreach to current clients and prospects for appointments
- Help the team meet service and marketing goals
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the office
Requirements :
