We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time at our office in Corvallis OR. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team.

We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide focused exams and care, helping patients improve their functioning and mobility and improve their quality of life, while working alongside our Pain Management Physicians. Duties include caring for those suffering from joint pain / injuries and conditions and the incoming PA / NP will be providing comprehensive pain management care. Ideally, the incoming provider has 2-3 years of relevant pain management experience preferred, but we are willing to consider recent graduates or those without pain management experience and will provide training in joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP injections if needed. Must be comfortable with monitoring opioid use and medication management.

Duties :

• Patient Evaluation and consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records / imaging, and reason for visit
• Consult with referring Physicians / Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehab / modalities
• Medication management (monitoring opioids)
• Treatments to include joint, trigger point injections, and PRP injections (we will provide training)
• Documentation / progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient’s progress
• Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
