Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Finance & Admin Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain recruiting documentation to enhance candidate experience
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice preparation and financial record maintenance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or finance roles
High discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus
Experience with HR processes or recruiting coordination is a bonus
Comfort working across time zones in a remote-first environment
