Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in software development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, conducting regular 1 : 1s and providing feedback

Lead the architecture and implementation of critical features and systems while maintaining hands-on coding

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features and influence product strategy

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience

3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers

Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural thinking

Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL

Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and Terraform
