Salary : $140k - $160k & Excellent Benefits
Your Impact
Our progressive Wellness Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a passion for health, wellness, and longevity. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, experience in hormone management , and the ability to help grow our practices while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Perform Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and related procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and medication use
- Order and interpret labs, including bloodwork and other diagnostics
- Document all patient care in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current on best practices, clinical guidelines, and advancements in functional medicine
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
