We are hiring experienced OTR Reefer CDL-A drivers who want consistent miles, dependable freight, and a pay structure that rewards performance. This position runs major U.S. lanes with steady, year-round reefer freight and a streamlined approval process.

PAY OPTIONS (CHOOSE ONE)

OPTION 1 — CPM PAY

• $0.65 CPM base on all miles (loaded + empty)

• Up to $0.70 CPM with monthly performance bonus

• Average weekly earnings: $2,000–$2,600+

• Top performers consistently earn $2,400–$2,800+ weekly

• Drivers who qualify receive the higher CPM rate for all miles during that month

OPTION 2 — PERCENTAGE PAY

• Percentage-based compensation option available

• Monthly performance increase equivalent to up to ~8%

• Earnings tied directly to productivity and consistency

• Same miles, freight, and equipment as the CPM option

• A recruiter will review both pay structures during the hiring process

MILES & FREIGHT

• 3,200–4,000 miles per week

• OTR reefer freight

• Major nationwide lanes

EQUIPMENT

• Assigned 2021–2024 Freightliner & Volvo tractors

• APU, inverter, refrigerator

• No-slip seating

ONBOARDING

• $150 orientation pay

SCHEDULE

• Standard OTR schedule (approximately 3 weeks out)

REQUIREMENTS

• Active CDL-A

• 2 years recent OTR experience

• 6+ months reefer preferred

• Stable work history

• Professional communication
