Club Volleyball Head Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for athletes. This role involves developing players' skills, promoting teamwork, and instilling a love for the game. The Volleyball Coach will work closely with students of varying skill levels, helping them improve their performance while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Duties
• Plan and conduct effective volleyball training sessions that cater to the skill levels of all participants.
• Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and game rules to enhance players' understanding of volleyball.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among team members.
• Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Organize practice schedules, games, and tournaments while ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
• Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and behavior management techniques.
• Communicate regularly with athletes and their parents regarding progress, expectations, and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create an inclusive and supportive athletic program.
• Requirements
• Previous volleyball coaching U14-U17 girls
• Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules of the game.
• Experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is essential.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively guide young athletes in their development.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow staff members.

Job Types : Contract, Seasonal

Pay : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 4 – 10 per week

• Volleyball coaching : 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute :
