Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience coordinating real estate transactions in the U.S
12+ months of remote work experience
Proficiency in transaction tools such as Dotloop, DocuSign, and CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Strong service-first mindset with a focus on anticipating client and agent needs
