Tax Senior / Supervisor
- Overseeing multiple client projects to ensure successful outcomes
- Creating work schedules using project management expertise
- Handling a variety of individual and business tax returns, both simple and complex
- Conducting tax research and analyzing laws for potential tax savings
- Preparing client reports and communications
- Providing guidance, training, and feedback to team members
- Offering timely feedback to managers for staff evaluations
- Contributing to internal committees and seeking additional projects
- Adhering to company mission and core values
