We are hiring amazing people with leadership capabilities to train to become our store manager!

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and has a passion for leadership and loves the challenge of independently managing. Scooters Coffee is a fast paced, up-beat environment, and our managers are individuals who like keeping busy and stay calm under pressure.

Compensation is based upon individual performance and experience. You must successfully complete our management training program, demonstrate leadership ability, and a strong work ethic.

Summary of Key Responsibilities :

Business requirements

• Make the store schedule, with limited weekend requirements
• Place a weekly product order
• Complete a store inventory weekly
• Handle cash deposits, and ensure proper records are kept
• Monitor store sales trends and individual barista's performance
• Hire and manage team members
• Build relationships with customers

We are looking for someone who can operate with a high level of independence. We trust you to build the team, grow sales, and get the job done. If you need someone looking over your shoulder telling you what to do, this is not the job for you.
