We are looking for a full time Line Cook that will grow and expand our food program. This position is ideally suited to a cook interested in taking a next step in their culinary journey.

As a Line Cook at Pali Wine Co. Outpost - Anaheim, your job includes all culinary activities and will include but not be held to the following duties :

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Create and follow daily prep lists and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
• Cooking and plating dishes to order with promptness, consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
• Help with menu production and work with GM to train staff on menu items and suggest wine pairings.
• Develop new recipes. Creativity is a paramount ability.
• Monitor quality, quantity and pricing of all products received; make appropriate decisions / modifications when needed.
• Regulate safe practices of employees.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Managing kitchen waste and supporting sustainability efforts.
• Ensure optimal level of food quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
