Your Impact

Join Axons Enterprise Professional Services team and help large complex organizations unlock the full value of Axons technology this role you will support Enterprise customers across multiple Axon products including Fusus helping them address meaningful operational challenges through scalable integrated software solutions.

As a Business Analyst you will partner closely with Enterprise customers to understand their needs translate those needs into clear requirements and support successful implementations across multiple platforms. You will operate effectively in complex environments take ownership of your work and collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive adoption efficiency and measurable outcomes. This role is well suited for someone who is motivated by impact works well under pressure and values teamwork and accountability.

What Youll Do

Location: Based out of one of Axons US hub sites (Atlanta Boston Denver Scottsdale Seattle or Sterling metro areas). This role follows a hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Friday and remote flexibility on Mondays unless an approved accommodation is in place.

Reports To: Manager Professional Services

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes operational goals and system considerations across multiple stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into clear structured business artifacts including functional requirements user stories workflows and process documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers Solution Architects and Product teams to support the design and delivery of multi-product solutions.
• Work with customers to configure Axon software solutions in alignment with business objectives and organizational needs.
• Evaluate solution options and trade-offs providing practical input that supports sustainable and scalable outcomes.
• Design execute and document User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions against defined Enterprise use cases.
• Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and long-term success.
• Build trusted working relationships with Enterprise customers while collaborating cross-functionally within Axon to ensure alignment transparency and progress.

What You Bring

• Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience supporting large complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows.
• Ownership and Follow-Through: Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for deliverables navigate challenges and see work through to completion.
• Composure and Professionalism: Ability to remain calm constructive and effective when working through ambiguity customer feedback or change.
• Business Analysis Skills: Experience with discovery requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable documentation.
• Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working in software-driven environments and partnering with technical teams to understand constraints and solution options.
• Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with Product Engineering Sales and Services teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to learn quickly connect details across systems and workflows and ask thoughtful questions.
• Mission Alignment: Genuine interest in Axons mission and a desire to help customers achieve meaningful real-world impact through technology.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company meaning compensation is made up of base pay bonus and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 63113 in the lowest geographic market and USD 100980 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level function training transferable skills work experience business needs geographic market and often a combination of all these factors.
