A company is looking for a Lead, Engineering & AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-velocity engineering team and architect a cloud-native infrastructure

Drive AI-powered automation across various clinical operations and integrate AI into EMR workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering velocity supports organizational strategy

Required Qualifications

Strong foundation in software architecture and engineering design

Hands-on experience with APIs, Python, SQL, and healthcare data formats (HL7 / FHIR preferred)

Experience building or deploying AI / LLM-based workflows and EMR-integrated automation

Background in high-growth or healthcare regulated environments

Proven ability to convert strategy into actionable deliverables
