Urology - Northern California

Base + RVU + Call Pay = Documented Earnings up to $900k

Position Highlights :

  • 4 or 5 Day Work Week available
  • Join Urologists & Excellent Support Staff
  • Robotics / Cancer Care
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 5 (eventually 1 : 6)
  • EMR - EPIC
  • 22-25 Patients Per Day with 30 on a Busy Day
  • Exam Rooms + Procedure Rooms

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary + Call Pay = $605,000
  • Sign-on / Relocation : $60,000 / $20,000
  • WRVU Rate $73.57
  • 401, PTO, CME Allowance
  • Early Commitment (Resident) Sign On
  • Current Urologists billing 12,000 wRVU's
