Responsibilities
- Understanding floor plans and floor set direction
- Executing floor sets
- Flexing visual merchandising to meet the needs of the store while maintaining consistent Company visual standards
- Ensuring back stock is well organized and identifying / addressing replenishment needs
- Working with the store Operations Expert (if applicable complement exists) and providing direction
- Training store associates at all levels on visual merchandising requirements
- Teaching store associates how to flex visual merchandising appropriately
- Assisting the Store Manager with managing store associates, driving sales productivity, and creating a compelling in-store shopping experience
- Maintaing compliance with Company policies and procedures
Required Experience & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent3- 5 years of relevant experience including in-store leadershipDemonstrated visual merchandising and customer experience skillsTechnology proficiency (iPad, RFID, registers,Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hoursCritical Skills & Attributes
