Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst to manage payroll and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro systems

Develop and execute audit programs and system controls for compliance

Lead HRIS project lifecycle including configuration and testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Payroll / HRIS emphasis preferred)

6+ years of progressive payroll and HRIS experience

Expert-level configuration / administration of UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro

Deep knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws

Strong HRIS project management and system integration experience
