A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Manager to lead and oversee the federal proposal development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the federal proposal development process, including strategy development, content creation, and compliance reviews
Support opportunity identification and capture management, including market research and competitor analysis
Lead team management and training, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposal submissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
8-10 years of experience in federal proposal management and federal contracting processes
Proven track record in end-to-end proposal development and compliance reviews
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring proposal teams
In-depth knowledge of federal procurement channels and relevant regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
