As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted guide at street-level service events—helping community members access essential wireless connectivity through government-supported programs. By simplifying enrollment, verifying eligibility, and supporting activation on-site, the Client Service Representative ensures that staying connected is never a privilege, but a possibility for all.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Service Trainee
Promote connectivity solutions with clarity, aligning offerings to customer usage goals and operational needs in community‑driven service initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding workflows, including eligibility verification, documentation management, and activation scheduling, to ensure smooth service setup.
Maintain CRM platforms with accurate records of customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement activity to support retention and reporting.
Track account status, provisioning progress, and campaign performance metrics to strengthen service delivery and operational efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries through digital platforms and phone support, resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot account challenges, align messaging, and recommend tailored service upgrades that enhance customer value.
