Summary

Looking for a bilingual childcare assistant for an in-home daycare located in Alexandria Va.

Hours needed 8AM-1PM

Are you interested in working in the childcare field working with children ages 0 to 6?

If you’re passionate about childcare and ready to make a difference, we’d love to meet you!

Duties

  • Change diapers and assist with potty training (ages birth–3 yrs)
  • Clean up after meals , wash dishes, vacuum, wipe bathrooms, sanitize toys
  • Care for multiple children at once
  • Assist in weekly crafts
  • Ability to manage classroom learning when other staff are unavailable
  • Once hired Complete 16 hours of state-required training

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English Spanish required
  • Willing to learn and grow with the daycare
  • Must pass a background check
  • Provide three references
  • Must be paid through a payroll company

    • Nice To Haves

  • First Aid CPR certification required upon start date
