Insurance Compliance Specialist

Pay Range: $15-$23/hr

YOU WILL:

• Research and amend policy forms to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support the completion of producer appointments for regulatory adherence.
• Gain real-world experience in insurance product development and regulatory compliance.
• Work remotely OR in our Dallas office, with full resources for project contributions.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Current student or recent graduate from a paralegal program, eager to apply your knowledge in a dynamic, real-world setting.
• A strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or a "Pass" in a Pass/Fail system.
• Quick learner with excellent research skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks independently and effectively communicate across diverse groups.
• Available to work 20-50 hours per week, with flexibility for student schedules. Must be available for at least 10 hours within normal office hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM on Fridays).
